This year we have made a new wine, 100% Vermentino, from vineyards, planted in 2013,  in the cru of Santa Cristina in Pilli. “L’Aldino” is a little snake that we met in the vineyards. The soil is limestone (alberese), the vineyard density is 5,000 vines/hectare. The vine training system is Guyot.
The wine has been vinified in steel with temperature control at 17 degrees Celsius. Maturation in steel. This year we made 1,300 bottles (0,75 litres).
Enjoy our Vermentino as an aperitif, with hors d’oeuvres, with pasta and rice dishes with fish or white meat sauces, with fish or with white meat and poultry main courses.
